Shipping & Returns
Unless notified otherwise, HomeHealthDelivery will use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship all orders. Therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All products shipped are insured and tracked to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
We have multiple warehouse facilities all over the U.S. and we will ship from the closest stocking location to your shipping destination. From time to time, a product may not be available from the nearest facility and will alternate to the next closest facility to your final destination. If a product alternates from the primary warehouse, this may slightly delay your delivery date. Preparing, packaging and delivery can take between 2 – 7 business days to reach certain destinations. Most deliveries are received within 3 business days of placing your order. We will do our absolute best ensure that your order is shipped the same or next day depending on when your order is received.
Shipping Charges: We now offer “Free Shipping” for all orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00 there is a flat rate charge of $8.95. We supply quality goods and services at competitive prices and we represent convenience and great value to our customers.
Return Policy: Quality Commitment: HomeHealthDelivery will accept for return any product that is not 100% free from manufacturer defect!
- All returns require authorization from a HomeHealthDelivery customer service representative.
- HomeHealthDelivery will only accept for return full shipments in original unopened packaging unless approved otherwise within 30 days of original purchase. We are unable to accept for return all bathroom and personal hygiene related products.
- 25% Restocking charges may apply after 30 days or on non quality related returns.
Damaged Merchandise Returns:
- Must be reported within 15 days of delivery via telephone or email.
- Must be noted on the original freight delivery receipt.
- Must be held for inspection by freight carrier.
HomeHealthDelivery, at its own discretion may accept the return of excess or unwanted product over 30 days which will be subject to a minimum restocking charge equal to 25% of original invoice price less shipping and handling charges. All non quality related returns must be approved by a HomeHealthDelivery representative and must include a return authorization number on the package in order to receive a refund or credit. We will not be responsible for unauthorized returns and will not guarantee a refund or credit on these items.
Returned items must be in the original, unopened package and must be in good condition. Due to the nature of our products, HomeHealthDelivery cannot and will not accept for returns any used or open packages. Any bags returned that are opened will be diposed of and no credit will be issued.
All product returns, with the exception of quality related returns, require pre-payment of all associated freight charges and a return authorization number. There will be no refunds for merchandise over 45 days.
HomeHealthDelivery, cannot and will not accept for return any “Special Order” item that are not part of our day to day product offering. Special order items are items that are ordered specifically for a customer upon request. These items are not part of our day to day operation and typically cannot be resold or returned by us. Therefore, we have a no return policy as it relates to special order items.
